Celebration of Spring Supper Club

Gourmet Girls are delighted to be hosting their latest supper club at Cafe Rust in Hove. A lively evening celebrating the best seasonal Spring produce and a darn good excuse to make merry with friends.

We will be serving a three course meal with a glass of bubbles and canapes on arrival.

STARTER

Asparagus, crispy hen's egg , parmesan & herb oil (V)

MAIN

Spring shoulder of lamb with salsa verde

Served with gnocchi and pickled peas

OR Italian Easter pie (V)

Served with saffron potatoes, fine beans and roasted tomatoes

DESSERT

Flavours of ferrero rocher (contains Nuts)

Layers of coffee meringue, chocolate ganache, whipped cream and hazelnut praline

Tickets cost £35 (plus booking fee)

The Garden Cafe bar will also be open for the purchase of wine, beer and soft drinks.
