Build & Bake Ploughmans

We are excited to be hosting our first masterclass at the brillliant Community Kitchen in Brighton. What better way to spend a summer afternoon than crafting all the elements for the perfect ploughmans. On arrival you will be greeted with picnic style canapes and old fashioned lemonade. Together we will then be making delicious crusty loaves, homemade flavoured butters and pickles. Whilst your bread is baking, cheese expert Giulia will guide you through a cheese tasting, before we all sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour together with a delicious local Ale.
