A Taste of Tuscany

Come and join us for an evening of regional delights from Tuscany. Tuscan food is all about simplicity, quality ingredients and deep tradition. We will be serving an authentic three course menu, sampling some Tuscan classics steeped in history. All dishes are lovingly made from scratch with carefully selected and, where possible, local ingredients. 

As always, our supper clubs are as much about community as they are about the food. They are an opportunity to hear intriguing stories about the dishes, meet fellow foodies and make merry with friends.

Menu

Starter - 'Gnudi' - naked ravioli. Little spinach and fresh ricotta dumplings, seasoned with lots of parmesan and nutmeg and served with sage butter (allergens wheat and milk)

Main course - 'Peposo', a historic Tuscan dish of beef and black pepper braised for several hours with lots of Chianti. Served with a Tuscan favourite, cannellini beans (veggie version available)
